Class Action Lawsuit Filed Against Makers of Hydroxycut Products

Charleston, WV, August 19, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- A Class Action Lawsuit has been filed in the Kanawha County Circuit Court in Charleston, West Virginia against the manufacturers and distributors of Hydroxycut products. The complaint alleges that Defendants knew, or should have known, that the use of their product may cause liver-related illnesses in consumers.
