Ms. Richardson has 41 years of overall professional experience. As administrator, she is responsible for managing operations, caring for 12 disabled residents, cooking meals, transporting residents to appointments and recreational activities, and ensuring that rooms are cleaned and beds are changed. She is a member of the Association of California Care Administrators, and participated in coursework in business. Ms. Richardson received the Quest for the Best Award.
