Linda Solomon holds a master's degree in assessment teaching from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi
DALLAS, TX, December 31, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Linda T. Solomon, Assessment Specialist, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in education.
From 1966 to 2002, Ms. Solomon worked with students at the Texas School of the Deaf. She became involved in her current profession through the encouragement she received from her mentor there. Having spent the last 30 years as an assessment specialist, she is primarily concerned with English as a second language, and handicapped and childhood education. Ms. Solomon is responsible for assessing children and young adults, and creating diagnostic reports for schools and parents.
She is a graduate of Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, where she earned a master's degree in assessment. Ms. Solomon also holds a master's degree in deaf education and certification as a Nationally Certified Education Diagnostician. A member of the Council for Exceptional Children, she is the former president of the Texas Educational Diagnosticians' Association. Furthermore, she serves on the board of Disciples of Holy Trinity. Ms. Solomon intends to experience professional growth. She also hopes to collaborate with other educators on research studies.
