Martha R. Littleman Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who
Martha R. Littleman is a certified regional director

KAYENTA, AZ, March 1, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Martha R. Littleman, Owner of Helping Hands Home Care, LLC, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in home care management.

Mrs. Littleman began over a decade ago in the Homecare Industry, where she opened another agency in New Mexico for another company. In that capacity, she spent hours out on the field as a Supervisor and learned about the Industry, as a hands-on business owner. With the Navajo Nation, being the size similar to the state of West Virginia, she found herself on the road, spending hours and hours with clients in the field. During her tenure, she learned firsthand the needs of the clients and how best to serve their needs.

Last October, Mrs. Littleman opened another agency in her hometown of Kayenta, Arizona. In the 14 months of opening Helping Hands Home care, Mrs. Littleman has succeeded in obtaining over 50 plus clients, benefiting from her special and direct hands-on approach. "I think the reason she has gotten so many clients in such a short time is because they know she cares and will go the extra mile to help her clients. Good news travels fast," said her daughter-in-law, Drew Yellowhair, who also does the bookkeeping for the business. "She keeps us busy, but she is constantly on the phone or on the road, helping the clients," Yellowhair said.

In her capacity, Mrs. Littleman not only runs the day to day operations of the company, she supervises over other field supervisors who make weekly visits to the clients, making sure they are well taken care of. If that wasn't enough, she has opened a sub-business that focuses on the construction of wheelchair ramps, shower rails and similar modifications to service the needs of the handicapped. Her company, Raymond & Sons, is named after her husband, Raymond. Her two sons manage and run the company.

Prior to her business, Mrs. Littleman served on the local School Boards for many years, and is a member of the Indian Education Center as well as the United States Department of Veterans Affairs. Throughout her tenure, she has been recognized for her dedication to the needs of the children, and has thus volunteered endlessly on their behalf. She is the recipient of the Parent Involvement award. For more information about Helping Hands Home Care, LLC, please visit http://www.helpinghandsllc.org.
