Certified in cognitive impairment, emotional impairment and early childhood development, Shelda L. Morell is uniquely positioned to lead special education initiatives for the Tuscola Intermediate School District. As a teacher, her responsibilities vary greatly from helping students to eat and unpack their backpacks to developing daily curricula to fit individual special needs. Additionally, Ms. Morell is responsible for conducting morning activities, leading students in song and reading, reviewing story components with students and overseeing music, gym and pool activities.

Mrs. Morell is distinguished for her hard work and will seek to attain professional growth as she moves forward. She holds a bachelor of arts in special education from Saginaw Valley State University.
