Victor S. Bathini Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who
Victor S. Bathini is affiliated with the California Association of Health Facilities

CORONA, CA, August 17, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Victor S. Bathini, Program Compliance Officer for Peppermint Ridge, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in program management.

Born in India in 1947, Mr. Bathini migrated to the United States in order to pursue advanced educational studies; he received an Ed.D. in educational administration in 1996. With 18 years of experience dealing with the developmentally disabled, he began his career working as a principal and educational director.

At Peppermint Ridge, Mr. Bathini supervises programs, writes policies, and ensures home compliance with specified regulations. He is responsible for coordinating client admissions, as well as activities with the Human Right Committee. Additionally, he interacts with primary doctors, behavior specialists and psychologists.

A member of the California Association of Health Facilities, he attributes his success to his persistence and hard work. In the future, he hopes to venture into consulting.
